The Work under this Project consists of the rehabilitation of 9 master meter vault hatches at various locations throughout the City of Norfolk’s water system in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Substantial completion shall occur 210 days following the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Final completion shall occur 240 days following the date of the NTP Norfolk. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation. Bid Bond Required.
