To enlarge a garbage enclosure to house a new generator and remove one parking stall. • The structure is to be built to the 2019 Oregon Structural Specialty Code standards. • The structure is regular with no horizontal or vertical irregularities and is approximately 500 Sq Ft. • The structure is a one story, category II building with a type V-B non-rated construction type. • The structure has light framed (wood walls) sheathed with wood with CMU walls surrounding it for a 3 hour fire rating that is adjacent to an electrical transformer. • The structure is a type S-2 occupancy with a wind design of 135 mph, a seismic category of D-2, and is not sprinkled.
