Matsunk Water Pollution Control Center Building located at 600 McCoy’s Lane, King of Prussia, PA 19406, in the Operations Building conference room.
Project generally consists of the demolition of the existing steel siding and steel framing of the existing incinerator building down to the concrete foundation. The project also consists of the removal of all the existing incinerator equipment and additional items as shown on the Contract Drawings. A new split-faced block building will then be constructed on the existing concrete foundation as shown on the Contract Drawings. The Work will be performed under two Contracts as follows: Contract One - General Construction. Contract Two - Electrical. Prevailing Wages and Bonds. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on Thursday, May 27, 2021; questions will be accepted through PennBid, only from prime bidders. Questions must be submitted through PennBid and will not be accepted in any other manner.
