The Work consists of construction of County’s Maxwell Farms Regional Park Renovation and Improvement Project, at 100 Verano Ave South Sonoma, CA 95476. The work includes, but is not limited to the construction of improvements to existing park facilities including: a redeveloped entry drive and parking area with lighting and drainage facilities, a synthetic turf baseball field, installation of prefabricated restroom/concession buildings, new pathways, site furnishings, landscape planting and irrigation and utility improvements as described in the plans and specifications. Additional alternate project items include an off leash dog area, a synthetic turf soccer field, picnic areas, and additional park pathways, steps and handrails. The work also includes off-site improvements including roadway frontage improvements, curb, gutter, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, crosswalk striping and associated utility work described in the public improvement plans and specifications included herein. 180 calendar days duration. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
