The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for Jail Parking Lot Improvements for the benefit of Marion County Business Services. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Phase II Paving Improvements will comply with the drawings and specifications provided by Westech Engineering. Removing old asphalt, compaction and modification to base rock, grinding existing asphalt, chip seal, striping and a concrete pad are all included in this solicitation
