The project involves the demolition of the existing air cooled split chiller and respective condensing units as well as the demolition of the existing hydronic boiler. The new equipment will be a new packaged air cooled chiller mounted on the existing roof along with new chilled water lines routed along the roof and connecting to the existing chilled water piping. Two new hydronic boilers will be installed in the penthouse connected to existing hydronic lines and gas piping.Q&A due by 09/11/20 at 5PM.Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
