The park will consist of a concrete walking trail, a grassed lawn, an entry trellis with swings, multiple BBQ pavilions, a general use pavilion, a multiuse performance pavilion, two playground areas for various age groups, a fitness area, a gaming area, various other site appurtenances, and landscaping. Bonds required.
