The City is soliciting proposals from firms and/or individuals with established knowledge and experience in all aspects of the services requested in this RFP during the construction phase of the McKinley Street Grade Separation, Project No. 2012-12. Consultant’s services shall generally include, but are not limited to, performing construction management and quality assurance inspections, geotechnical and materials testing, land survey, public outreach and biological monitoring related services as required to manage the construction contract and monitor and coordinate activities of the Contractor to complete the project. Construction administration and inspection services are expected to be required beginning April 2021 and extend through September 2023. Q&A due by 01/08/21 at 5PM. Prevailing wages.
