The Carroll County Office of Procurement, in cooperation with the Bureau of Utilities, is soliciting bids from pre-qualified contractors to provide the labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to construct the MD 851 - Springfield Avenue Water and Sewer Main Improvements project. The project site is located in Sykesville, Maryland and generally extends along MD 851 – Springfield Avenue from the intersection of Main St. / Spout Hill Rd to Warfield Rd. This project is being coordinated with the State Highway Administration’s Contract No. CL4055277 to upgrade storm drains and sidewalks along this same portion of MD 851. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. The completion time for this Contract is no later than one hundred eighty (180) working days from the date of commencement. Questions due by 4:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 2, 2022. Bonds required.
