The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held live via Zoom Video Meeting at 10:00 O’Clock A.M Pacific Time on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. You are free to visit the site on your own. Those wishing to participate in the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference must email Kristi Davis kristi.davis@teterae.com with the name, company and phone number of the participant(s) not later than 1 hour prior to the scheduled conference start time so that you may receive an email reply with the link to participate either by video, or by phone only. All documents to be reviewed during the Pre-Bid Conference will be sent to you by email prior to the meeting. You must be present for the first 5 minutes, and last 5 minutes of the meeting in order to confirm attendance.
In general, this project comprises: installation of site improvements, including driveways, parking lots, lighting, fencing, landscaping and pedestrian walks. Installation and completion of Pre-Engineered Modular Building including foundations, anchorage and sealing of building modules, specified building finishes and completion of specified building utilities and equipment. Q&A due by 04/28/20 at 5PM. Prevailing wages. Bonds required.
