The Work shall consist of rehabilitation and repairs to the existing one-million gallon, elevated, Mercerville Tank including but not be limited to the following: Demolition of Specified Components, General Tank Repairs, Manway Hardware Replacement, Tie Rod Repairs, Exterior Tank Access Improvements, Foundation Repairs, Roof Vent Replacement, Obstruction Light Replacement, Cathodic Protection System Replacement, Erection of Rigid Containment, Exterior Surface Preparation and Recoating, Interior Surface Preparation and Recoating, Painting of Logos. Estimated time to complete the work is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Deadline for questions is May 31, 2022. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
