Project description: Stand alone retrofit site improvements for the Middletown Train Station. Replace window locks on ped bridge with custodial locks, add ventilation fans on ped bridge, add bent steel bird covers for exposed structural steel in north and south towers, remove the fire hydrant in the north sidewalk (cap water line/replace sidewalk panel), mount a bent steel bar on north tower to eliminate hiding spot. Required Completion: 04/26/2023. DBE GFE Required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
