The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for the completion of the Milton Freewater Armory HVAC System Upgrade Project for the benefit of Oregon Military Department (OMD). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the ITB and Contract Documents. Project description: Remove existing HVAC system in its entirety and replace with new system per the ITB Plans, Specifications, Drawings, and Statement of Work. Final completion: 210 calendar days.
