The project includes, but is not limited to: construct new porous pavement pathway and stone stairway, establishment of lawn areas and plantings and related site improvements. The project is located at the Milton-on-Hudson Train Station Park off Dock Rd and Old Indian Trail. The Contractor agrees to start work on or before September 1, 2021 and to complete all work, including turf establishment, by December 31, 2021.
