This project includes: Removal and replacement of the existing Moapa Valley Lewis Lift Station, including the removal and replacement of all existing pumps, odor control system, generator, electrical wiring, communication equipment, conduits, panels, enclosures, and fencing, and reuse the existing wet well as the new lift station. The project will also construct a new electrical building, fiber optic from lift station to treatment facility, valve vault, and solar panels on the Owner’s parcel on Lewis Avenue, two (2) new 8-inch pressure pipelines, a 4-inch potable water line, blow offs, bi-directional cleanouts, and two (2) conduits from the Owner’s parcel on Lewis Avenue to the Owner’s treatment facility through a portion of Lewis Avenue and through National Park Service Permitted land, Clark County land, and Bureau of Land Management land, the alignment being approximately 7,000 feet in length.
