Replacement of the existing ceiling-mounted luminaries with new that will be easily accessed and maintained. Addition of wall-mounted luminaries on Levels 2 and 3 of Stair #5. Replace new sprinkler heads in the existing dry-pipe sprinkler system at the top of the atrium and install access for future testing, certification, and maintenance of dry-pipe sprinkler system. Installation of four access panels at the perimeter wall of the clerestory. Work at the site shall not start prior to receipt of the Owner’s written Notice to Proceed and be completed within fifty-five (55) calendar days from that date. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
