The four small building additions include siding, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, and foundation work. Exterior work includes concrete walkways, paver patio, wetland mitigation, rain garden, plantings, and pavement markings. Base Bid is Buildings 1-6 and all associated work, and all site work. Included under Section 01.23.00 Alternates is Alternate #1 (Buildings 7-9 and all associated work) and Alternate #2 (Buildings 10-12 and all associated work). HUD DBE and Section 3 requirements; Filed Sub-bids for the trades listed below will be received until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 24 August 2022 and publicly opened online, forthwith: Misc metals, Waterproofing, Damp proofing and caulking, tile, resilient floors, painting, fire protection sprinkler systems, plulmbing, HVAC, electrical. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
