The Department is seeking bids for one (1) new modular building, including installation at the Department’s Frank Bland Regional Training Center (Academy), • 48’ x 60’ • Two (2) single stall restrooms with inside access. • Two (2) single stall restrooms with exterior access. • Two (2) 10’ x 12’ offices. • Remainder of trailer shall be open configuration. • One (1) aluminum ramp and stair combo. • Standard 2’ x 4’ T-Bar ceiling with USG standard ceiling tiles and LED lay-in light troffers. • Installation of 24” x 24” carpet tiles. Tiles are to be thirty (30) oz minimum. Pattern and color are TBD. • 4” rubber top set base. Color is TBD. • Hook ups for utilities to be placed and ready for connection. • Design must take into consideration placement over existing utilities hookups. • 200 AMP Service Panel. • Allowance for four (4) 3’ x 5’ windows; placement TBD. • Interior walls shall be painted Sherwin Williams Swiss Coffee. • Shall include wall mounted A/C units, number of units and size TBD.
