Office located west of the entrance at the Neal Road Recycling and Waste Facility, 1023 Neal Road, approximately 1-mile east of State Highway 99 and seven miles south of the City of Chico.

The work, in general, to be done under this contract consist of, but is not limited to preparing the subgrade for construction of the landfill liner, placement of general fill, furnishing and installing landfill liner components and related items, furnishing and installing landfill gas collection piping and related items, electric leak location services, and traffic control, within the limits of Module 5, Phase D all in conformance with the Standard Specifications, and these Special Provisions, unless specified herein, and shall include the furnishing of all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, incidentals, and manufactured articles for the project, all in conformance with State of California, Department of Transportation 2018 Standard Specification and Standard Plans, Butte County Standard Details, and the attached contract specifications and the details as shown on the contract plans entitled Module 5, Phase D Liner System. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
