This project consists of the following: Monmouth Ave. N. Remove 237 LF of existing 5' sidewalk. Place gravel base for new 8' wide sidewalk to COM min. depth. Install 237 LF of new 8' wide sidewalk. Remove and replace 2 existing commercial thickness driveway approaches. Tie into existing 6' sidewalk @ Jackson. At existing electrical vault in sidewalk - add 3' wide by 5' long sidewalk to match new alignment. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
