The project referenced as part of this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) consists of the construction efforts to add an office space, a break room, and a storage room to the building footprint; scope includes demolition activities; new casework for the new break room, the concession room and multipurpose room #3; a new HVAC system; construction of four (4) ADA accessible paths to grilling stations; the installation of a new grease interceptor system for the main sewer; installation of LVT tiles on the Community Center; replacing high-mast lamps with high-efficiency LED fixtures; installation of fifteen conduit runs with directional bore; installation of an electrical cable tray; and repairing a section of bulging pavers.
