The City of Doral is seeking an experienced Proposer to provide materials, labor and equipment to repair, paint, and seal the community center at Morgan Levy Park, 5300 NW 102 Avenue, Doral, FL 33178. Interested parties will provide all labor, paint, and materials to paint the interior and exterior of Morgan Levy Park Community Center and adjacent restroom building. The 5,000 square foot community center building includes a variety of different finishes and architectural features that make it a beloved public asset. Utmost attention to detail and care will be required for this project.
