Prior to each cut, branches, moss, debris and litter are to be picked up and stacked at a location designated by County on the site for County disposal. All areas of the property shall be completely mowed upon each visit. Mower blade height shall be adjusted to a height of 3 to 3 ½” to prevent scalping. All sidewalks, planting beds, driveways, parking areas etc. will be edged at the time of each cut. All edging must be completed with a metal blade type edging equipment
