The City of McKinney is accepting sealed bids toward establishing an annual fixed price contract for Mowing and Ground Maintenance Services. The services required for this contract include but not limited to mowing, trimming and edging at identified parks, municipal properties, medians, and right-of-ways including adjacent curbs, walks, and streets. Services shall also include litter and debris removal and weed removal in planter beds and tree wells. All work performed in fulfilling the requirements of this contract shall be accomplished by competent personnel, utilizing professional maintenance and inspection methods. This contract for services shall include all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies used by Vendor. Questions are due by Apr 23rd @ 02:00 PM.
