The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) is looking to replace existing audio and visual equipment in its Boardroom suite. It is lacking in key functionality, most notably the ability to flawlessly and professionally incorporate the remote aspects of communication into the Boardroom meetings. The current system is incapable of meeting the increasing requirements of MTS and is unsuitable as a platform for MTS and its Board members. MTS is The purpose of the RFI is to identify possible solutions that are available and determine how MTS could improve the technology in the Boardroom. MTS will be evaluating information received from firms under this RFI for prequalifications. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on May 10th.
