Please email Owner to be added.** This work will consist of clearing and grubbing, demolition of asphalt pavement, fencing, and furnishings, court surface preparation, and the installation of new asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, a slip sheet overlay system, basketball standards, pickleball nets and posts, fencing, gates, site furnishings, acrylic paint and striping. Bidder shall agree to commence work under this Contract within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of written "Notice to Proceed" and fully complete the project within thirty (30) working days after start of work.
