The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement. Locations included in this bid: Arleta, Lincoln Park, Santa Monica, and Thousand Oaks. Term is Forty-five (45) calendar days within the term of 1/1/2022 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 6/30/2023. Questions due 11/24/21. DBE incentives.
