The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to elicit proposals to provide the Office of Exposition Park Management (OEPM) with grounds and landscape services for Exposition Park. See Exhibit A for a complete description of services. The name of this RFP will herein be referred to as “Grounds and Landscape Services.” Exposition Park is approximately 148 acres of public park space open 365 days per year from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. It is an open campus, there are no fences or gates to restrict pedestrian access. Exposition Park is currently home to the following world renowned cultural, educational, arts, entertainment and athletic venues. Contractor will maintain common areas as detailed in Exhibit A. The Contractor will be responsible for providing on-site management and delivery of grounds and landscape services for the OEPM as stipulated in this RFP. The objective is to attain grounds and landscape services that ensure all green spaces, walkways and medians are maintained at the highest possible aesthetic condition and to the highest safety and cleanliness standards. In doing so, and unless specifically noted and pre- approved by the OEPM, the Contractor agrees to provide the OEPM with all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to successfully perform all aspects of the scope of work under this contract. The contract will be in effect on July 1, 2022 and the contract price will not exceed $650,000 per Fiscal Year. The contract will be let for one (1) year (up to $650,000) and will include two (2) one (1) year renewal options (additional $1,300,000 maximum); for a total amount, including renewal option, of up to $1,950,000.
