This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Water/Wastewater Treatment Monitoring Equipment Maintenance, and Repair Services. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, nonconsumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to provide Water/Wastewater Treatment Monitoring Equipment Maintenance, and Repair Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Institution for Men (CIM) located at 14901 South Central Avenue, Chino, California 91710. Service shall be applicable for the equipment listed in Exhibit A-1, Equipment List. The State reserves the right to add equipment similar to the equipment listed in Exhibit A-1, Equipment List and delete equipment that has become obsolete. Additional equipment shall be serviced at the hourly rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall be notified in writing by the Institution Contract Liaison or designee that equipment has been added and/or removed from the list. Term is through 12/31/24. DBE incentives.
