. Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, incidentals, and travel, to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) repair and maintenance of electric and manual overhead doors, swinging doors, entry doors, sliding doors, and automatic gates as described herein: 2. The services shall be performed at various locations with Imperial and San Diego Counties. Caltrans Contract Manager will contact Contractor via email when the Public Work services that are required under this Agreement are required at the specific locations as part of this Agreement. 3. This Agreement will commence on December 15, 2021 (estimate) or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on December 14, 2024 (estimate). The services shall be provided during 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, (except State holidays). This Agreement may only be amended pursuant to State Contracting Manual, Volume 1, Section 5.81, and by the mutual written consent of Caltrans and Contractor, for purposes including, but not limited to, either: A. Extending the term of this Agreement (no more than one (1) year), or B. Increasing the amount of this Agreement (not to exceed 30% of the contract amount or $250,000, whichever is less).
