The School Board of Orange County, Florida is interested in entering into a contract with a qualified firm to provide Construction Management at Risk Services as outlined in the contract to be entered into, the form of said contract being attached hereto for Multiple Sites Low Voltage Systems District-Wide, listed below in the scope of work. Major elements of the project include: a) Full replacement of fire alarm systems, incl. voice evacuation at select campuses. b) Replacement of copper connectivity between buildings with fiber optics for fire alarm systems at select campuses. c) Full replacement of intercom systems, including call buttons, at select campuses. d) Full replacement of security camera systems, including additional cameras needed to meet current coverage standards, at select campuses. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation. Bonds required.
