Municipal South Building located at 215 Church Avenue in downtown Roanoke. Attendees will congregate initially in the Engineering Conference Room located in Room 353 on the third floor on Municipal South. Designated hourly on-street parking is available in the surrounding vicinity.
The required Work for this Project will generally consist of the complete removal of the existing membrane roof system and the replacement with a TPO membrane roof system, to include all carpentry, insulation, flashing, metal doors and frames, painting, and all associated Work. Q&A due by 3pm, 6/22/21. SBE GFE required. Bonds required.
