The work shall include the reconstruction of the courtyard adjacent to the Old Bridge Township Municipal Buildings. The project includes drainage work, concrete work, stamped concrete patio, retaining walls, heated sidewalk system, handrails, electric work, amenities and landscaping. The work shall include but not be limited to the following: Clearing Site including demolition of existing structures. Concrete Curb, 9” x 18”, approximately 25 L.F. Stamped concrete patio, approximately 1,140 S.Y. Concrete walk, 6” thick reinforced, approximately 100 S.F. Detectable Warning Surface, approximately 2 S.Y. 1.75’ High Stone Veneer Retaining Wall, approximately 500 L.F. Old Bridge Township Crest Decorative Circular Inlay, 1 UNIT. Heated Sidewalk System, approximately 275 S.Y. Heated Sidewalk Manifold System. Staircase and ADA Accessibility Walk with Handrail. Removable Decorative Bollards, approximately 5 UNIT. Relocate Existing Site Map Directory Sign. Decorative 6’ Long Benches, approximately 12 UNIT. Decorative Trash Receptacles, approximately 5 UNIT. Relocate Existing Lights, approximately 5 UNIT. Wall Cap Lights / LED color changing ability, including conduit and wire, approximately 47 UNIT. 120 Volt Electrical Outlets, approximately 4 UNIT. 2” PVC SCH 40 Sleeves for future irrigation system, approximately 60 L.F. Reset Existing Handrail. 4” HDPE N 12 Perforated Pipe, approximately 50 L.F. 8” HDPE N 12 Perforated Pipe, approximately 150 L.F. 12” HDPE N 12 Solid Pipe, approximately 210 L.F. 2’ x 2’ Square Inlet with heavy duty frame and grate, approximately 3 UNIT. 12” x 12” Yard Inlet, approximately 2 UNIT. 2’x2’ Cast Iron Grate, approximately 1 UNIT. Various Landscaping items. Install soil erosion protection measures, if and where required, during the course of construction; Locating all existing utilities where excavation will be required to perform work under the contract; Preparation of a Phase Plan to ensure access is maintained to all three municipal buildings, and; Any other work required to complete the project in accordance with the Specifications or as directed by the Engineer. All work under this contract shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
