Estimate: $1,600,000.00
Contractor agrees to furnish and pay for all management, supervision, financing, labor, materials, tools, supplies, utilities, equipment and services and every kind and type necessary to diligently, timely, and fully perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner the Work required by the Contract Documents. No Bid shall be considered or accepted unless at the time of Bid filing the same shall be accompanied by a cashier’s check, a cash bond posted with the County Clerk, a certified check payable to Owner on some bank or trust company located in the State of Florida insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than 5% of the bidder's maximum possible award (base bid plus all add alternates) (collectively referred to herein as the "Bid Deposit").
