The work to be performed is generally described as NAU Generator Replacement and includes but not limited to: Site furnishing of all equipment, labor, materials and supervision necessary for replacement of generator, including but not limited to all demolition, proper disposal, electrical and mechanical demolition and replacement, associated site grading and restoration, all associated materials, labor and equipment, and all incidental work as called for in the Contract Documents complete and in place.
