The existing natural gas line at the City of San Mateo Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) is nearing the end of its useful life. This Project will replace the existing natural gas line with a new 3-inch Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) pipeline connecting the WWTP facilities with the Pacific Gas and Electric tie-in point. Work shall include, but is not limited to, trenching, utility location, piping installation, burial, and asphalt repair. The Project is described in detail in the Drawings and Specifications of this Contract Bid Book. The time of substantial completion for this Contract shall be 120 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
