The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to establish contract(s) with experienced, qualified, bonded and licensed, bidders to provide for network cabling projects (all labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials, etc.), on designated work tasks, which cannot be handled in-house. Services will be required on an as needed basis, county wide, for small, anticipated, future projects usually not expected to exceed $25,000.00 per job. This bid will establish fixed hourly labor rate and firm percentages for parts, supplies and materials (unless materials/parts designated to be provided by the district), and applicable per crew rates, for the contract period as specified herein. Services or tasks include, but are not limited to: Installation of Fiber Optic Cable, General Repairs & Replacement work, Provide & Install PVC Conduit, Backfilling Areas & Reseeding, if applicable, Installation of Network Equipment, Applicable Site/Ground Work, Installation of Copper Network Cabling
