Duchesne County School District request construction management / general contracting services for the new Duchesne High School Phase III. The district will enter an AIA A701 contractual agreement along with all state requirements, with a single contractor to provide construction services for the school prior to the project construction bid. This Project will consist of approx. 162,000 sq. ft. of new construction connecting to the existing building. This new addition will include all standard high school amenities including remodeling the existing administration area, media center, kitchen and lunchroom area commons, auditorium with drama, choral, band facilities, a gymnasium, full team and P.E. locker rooms, a weight/fitness room and wrestling room, wood shop, metal shop, and business classrooms. The second story will house standard classrooms. This project will also have mechanical mezzanines to house the mechanical equipment, electrical and data. The site will be fully developed with parking lots, roads, grass and landscaping areas, including new artificial turf for the football field. Bonds required.
