Scope includes work at Bldgs B & A. Work includes demolition of concrete walks & landscaping around the perimeter of the building for new concrete walks & landscaping. Interior scope includes demolition of select partition walls & partial floor finishes to allow for one primary two secondary hallways terminating at new exit doors. Select exterior doors to receive new hardware and/or electrified hardware with card readers for security upgrades. Electrical & mechanical to tie into existing systems. New electrical hallway light & illuminated exist signs.
