Project Description: (New Construction) Construct New Building containing two classrooms, locker rooms, toilets, laundry, site work, sidewalks, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and HVAC. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Start June 15, 2022 and project completed March 20, 2023.
