Trades: HVAC Contractor: Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning and Controls, Air Chillers. Includes RTU's, Evaporative Cooling Contractor
The Project involves replacement of two chillers, two cooling towers and associated piping and controls. All work must be in strict conformance with the drawings and technical specifications provided in the Bid Documents. All bidders must be prequalified by NJ Transit prior to submitting a bid. Bidders must be prequalified for BC (Building Construction - Non- Operating Railroad Environment) as a GC (General Contractor) with a SP (Specialty in HV- HVAC, Mechanical Systems) and for an amount of work that is equal to or greater than their bid amount. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
