Provide complete Design/Build services in two parts to furnish a permanently fixed leg-truss bleachers system with reinforces concrete footings for a minimum of 494 seats. Part One includes: Design Build services to prepare & obtain DSA Approval of the bleacher systems drawings and calculations. Part Two includes: The fabrication and installation of the bleachers which also includes but is not limited to coordinating, scheduling, sequencing, and logistics with the General Contractor, Construction Manager, and/or District’s Contractors for the earthwork, substructure, decking system, concrete foundation. Project duration is 200 days. Addendum No 1 was issued in part of which changing the trades required from a B General Contractor to an A General Engineering Contractor or a B General Contractor. Bidders must make a good faith effort to contact and utilize DVBE subcontractors and suppliers in securing bids for performance of the Contract Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
