A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Generally, the scope includes removal of existing HVAC units, filling in of openings, installing mechanically fastened protection board over the existing BUR roof and installing a new mechanically attached, single ply system with adhered wall flashings as the Base bid. An alternate bid is to be for a new mop down SBS system over protection board with adhered wall flashings in lieu of the single ply and to replace the existing copings in lieu of salvaging and reinstalling. Bonds Required.
