The purpose of this facility is for the storage of heavy maintenance equipment used by the Parks department to maintain the beach on Padre Island and Mustang Island. The project will consist of an approximately 6000 square foot pre-engineered structure with masonry exterior envelope. The facility will consist to four (4)equipment storage bays with 14’X14” roll up doors at each end, a drivethrough vehicle wash bay and a unisex restroom. The site will be designed toaccommodate equipment circulation in and out of the equipment bays andparking for 5-10 standard vehicles. The work is to be substantially completed within 270 days. Questions are due no later than Oct 27th. DBE Participation / GFE required.
