Removal of the existing metal siding and associated gable vents, brake metal wraps at rakes and fascias, soffits, and shutters, complete, typical all (50) buildings spread throughout both site locations. Removal of the existing 6x6 wood posts that support the gable porch roofs is included in the demolition work. New work shall include the installation of vinyl siding, vinyl gable vents, prefinished brake metal rakes and fascias, vinyl soffits, prefinished metal gutter and associated gutter protection system, prefinished metal downspouts, and premanufactured structural posts at front porches, typical all buildings. Pressure-washing of the existing face brick at each building shall be included in the scope of the project. Bid Bond Required.
