The City of Hines, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of North Saginaw Avenue Improvements - 2022. The Work includes, but is not limited to, grinding the full depth and removing approximately 4,700 square yards of existing asphalt concrete pavement (ACP). The Work includes paving approximately 1,000 tons of ACP, maintaining asphalt driveway approaches, and adjusting utility cover to grade, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and as specified. The Work area is a portion of North Saginaw Avenue located between West Roe Davis Avenue and West Jamison Avenue Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
