Provide NWRF Belt Filter Press Improvements, as specified in this Invitation for Bid Construction to include but not limited to Refurbish two (2) existing Belt Filter Presses (BFPs). Demolish polymer pumps, wash-water booster pumps, polymer system, inclined screw conveyor, catwalk, and cake bin. Furnish and install polymer pump, sludge cake pumps, wash-water booster pumps, inclined screw conveyors, air compressor, cake loadout piping and valving. Replace existing control panels, include Plant SCADA HMI. Replace BFP control panels. Remove and replace existing polymer system with dry polymer system. Remove and replace existing control panels for polymer pumps. Add second truck load-out bay and rehab the existing truck load-out. Move existing fence, and extend existing road as required. Install power over ethernet. Run fiber and provide new conduits and/or cables or replace as required. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
