The Cities of Loveland and Fort Collins (hereafter the “Cities”) are soliciting proposals from qualified parties to finance, build, manage, and operate aircraft hangars at Northern Colorado Regional Airport (“Airport”), located in Loveland, Colorado. The Cities are offering three parcels of land to be leased in accordance with the Standard Airport Lease Agreement (“Lease”) appearing in section XII hereof, and all other provisions of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), and to be developed for aeronautical use in alignment with the Airport Master Plan, Strategic Plan, Minimum Standards, and other guiding documents.
