This federally funded construction project is a Northern Parkway segment to be built within the City of El Mirage and shall be operated and maintained by the City upon construction completion. Work to include; roadway construction for Northern Parkway, including new collector streets in the Butler Drive and 129th Avenue alignments, drainage system, asphalt concrete pavement, lighting, signing and striping. All construction work on this contract is to be completed within 180 calendar days beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Exclusive of and following the contract time allowed for construction work are 120 calendar days for internal administrative purposes thereby resulting in a total contract performance period of 300 calendar days. All questions or request for clarifications must be received by the County at least 7 days prior to bid opening date. DBE goal is 14.96%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
