The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina is seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies to provide the City with painting of the Northside Recreation Center exterior. Areas to Paint: Exterior- All metal surfaces currently painted. All painted doors. All painted stucco walls. Handrails and bike rack. Safety stripes on steps and curb. Window frames. Pressure wash building and gutters. Interior- All painted doorframes. Metal doors. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid, up to a maximum amount of $25,000, to guarantee. This project encouraged M/WBE participation.
